Job summary

Saint Luke’s East Hospital in Missouri is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to partner with the Pharmacy Director in overseeing day-to-day inpatient pharmacy operations, automation, and the infusion center. You will lead and coach about 25 staff including technicians, interns and nurses, ensuring safe, efficient and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Prior hospital pharmacy leadership experience.
• Licensed pharmacist in Missouri and Kansas or eligible.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• 1 year of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage workflow to ensure efficiency and timely care.
• Establish quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Participate in orientation and training of personnel in practice area.
• Maintain regulatory compliance on a federal and state level.
• Recruit, coach and develop staff; manage human resources tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve patient care issues.
