Job summary

Qualifications
- Pharmacist licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Board Certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS).
- Experience leading inpatient clinical pharmacy programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of inpatient clinical pharmacy services.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical pharmacy programs.
- Support optimization of clinical workflows and pharmacist scope of practice.
- Lead initiatives to improve medication stewardship and patient outcomes.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
- Supervise clinical pharmacy staff, including evaluations and training.
- Serve on key clinical, safety and regulatory committees.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and prepare for inspections.
- Mentor and develop pharmacists, residents, and support staff.
- Coordinate IPPE/APPE students and PGY1 residency program activities.
- Lead medication safety activities and formulary management with P&T committees.
