Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and PA license required.
• Board certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties.
• Leadership experience in pharmacy leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of inpatient clinical pharmacy services.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical pharmacy programs.
