Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and effective medication therapy for patients.
• Verifies physician orders for proper dosing, indications and drug interactions.
• Documents and ensures completion of work with accuracy and timely turnaround.
• Maintains readiness of emergency carts and proper storage of medications.
• Compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals with accurate labeling and documentation.
