Applicants must hold a Texas pharmacy license (or be eligible within 6 months) and have graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy with 12 hours of ACPE-approved CE annually.

Qualifications

• Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of all phases of inpatient pharmacy operations is essential.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy is required and ongoing CE is expected.
