Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Pharmacist
• Must obtain Medication Therapy Services Designation within 30 days of hire
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy is a plus

• Provides drug information, supervises supportive personnel, and performs clinical functions.
• Supports effective and appropriate drug therapy decisions across patient care areas
