Licensed Pharmacist in Missouri with Medication Therapy Services designation, or obtain designation within 30 days, will contribute to dispensing and clinical services while supporting a collaborative care model on a full-time schedule with a $20K sign-on bonus.

• Licensed Pharmacist in Missouri or obtain Medication Therapy Services designation within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Performs all aspects of pharmaceutical compounding and dispensing.
• Provides drug information, supervises supportive personnel, and performs clinical functions as required.
