Job summary

CentraCare Health is seeking a pharmacist to provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in central and decentral areas. You will perform pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultations, implement renal dosing protocols, monitor parenteral nutrition plans, and participate in medication reconciliation.

You will verify orders and supervise technicians in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The role includes supervising students and residents, precepting IPPE/APPE, and contributing to a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or Pharm. D. required.
• Advanced training (residency, fellowship, or board certification) and/or hospital experience preferred.
• Current licensure by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders and accurately dispense inpatient and outpatient medications.
• Supervise and approve work by pharmacy technicians before dispensing.
• Precept IPPE and APPE pharmacy students and CentraCare PGY-1 residents.
