Qualifications
Currently licensed in the State of New York.
Health system pharmacy experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Interpret medication orders and maintain patient medication profiles.
Prepare and dispense medications including sterile IV preparations.
Issue controlled substances and maintain necessary records.
Monitor medication therapy regimens for contraindications and appropriateness.
Assist with pharmacokinetic consult service and drug dosing.
