Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is looking for a full-time Clinical Staff Pharmacist at their Newark Campus. This role involves reviewing provider orders, managing medication therapies, and collaborating in a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Delaware or eligible to reciprocate.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret provider orders and dispense medication.
• Evaluate drug efficacy and review for contraindications/precautions.
• Clarify and resolve questioned orders with providers.
