Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist for the Fort Bragg area to verify and fill medication orders, monitor therapies, and provide drug information.

You will identify safety hazards, document interactions for medical review, and supervise support personnel while collaborating with the healthcare team. A PharmD is preferred, inpatient hospital experience is required, and BCLS certification is mandatory.

Formación

• Hospital inpatient pharmacy experience is required.
• Graduate of school of pharmacy is required; PharmD preferred.
• BCLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and fills orders for medications.
• Monitors patient medication therapies and provides drug information.
• Identifies and troubleshoots potential medication safety hazards.
• Documents all interactions for medical review.
• Supervises and directs support personnel.
