MemorialCare is seeking a Pharmacist per diem in Long Beach, CA, within the Inpatient Pharmacy. Formación

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Current California pharmacist license.
• 2+ years experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review medication orders for appropriateness and clarify incomplete ones.
• Communicate clearly with physicians, nurses and patients to ensure safe therapy.
• Provide drug information and education to staff and patients.
• Document medication interventions and adverse events for regulatory compliance.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and collaborate with the health care team.
