Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist with a strong critical care background to join our team. You will manage and optimize therapy for critically ill patients, collaborate with care teams, monitor responses, and educate staff on medication-related issues.

Requirements include an unrestricted SC license, PGY1/PGY2 residency, and preferably BCCCP certification, with a PharmD or B.Pharm degree. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus are offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• SC license required to practice pharmacy
• PGY1/PGY2 residency or equivalent critical care experience
• Board Certification in Critical Care (BCCCP) preferred
• PharmD degree or Baccalaureate degree from an accredited school of pharmacy required
• Ability to work independently and strong clinical skills with teamwork abilities
