Job summary

IMCS Group in Indiana is seeking an inpatient Pharmacist to join our night shift team (11am-7:30pm). You will verify orders in Cerner, support IV room preparation, and help manage hospital distribution with Pyxis and Pharmacy Keeper.

New grads with Cerner Meds Manager order verification experience are welcome; RPh license required. Non-local candidates within 50 miles are preferred, with guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Cerner order verification.
• Inpatient pharmacy experience required.
• Familiar with Cerner EMR, Pyxis, Pharmacy Keeper.
• Knowledge of IV room preparation and hospital-based medications (IV antibiotics, IV anticoagulants, IV electrolytes).
• New grads accepted if they have Cerner order verification experience.
• RPh license required.
• Locals accepted: No, must live at least 50 miles away from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders using Cerner order verification.
• Support IV room preparation and hospital distribution services.
• Operate within Cerner EMR and Pyxis systems to manage medications.
• Charting and order verification duties in the inpatient pharmacy setting.
