El Paso Children's Hospital seeks an experienced Clinical Dietitian to deliver pediatric clinical nutrition and medical nutrition therapy across units. You will develop and implement nutrition services following established standards and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient-centered goals.
The role requires RD credentials, Texas licensure, and at least one year in a pediatric acute care setting, with strong English communication and education skills for patient and family
Qualifications
- One year experience as Clinical Dietitian in pediatric acute care.
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Foods and Nutrition or related area.
- Completion of a CADE-approved didactic program with supervised practice.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) and Texas licensure.
Responsabilités
- Provide clinical nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy for pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement nutrition services and therapy per standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care team to align with pediatric program goals.
- Manage resources in a cost-effective manner.
- Participate in performance improvement and maintain professional competency.
