Providence Medical Group – Northern California is seeking a full-time, experienced Palliative Care Advance Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Humboldt County team. This position provides inpatient palliative care across Providence St.

Joseph and Redwood Memorial Hospitals, with weekend hours and no on-call duties. The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families in a beautiful part of Northern California.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Palliative Care AP (NP or PA).
• Experience working in inpatient hospital settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient palliative care services at Providence St. Joseph and Redwood Memorial Hospitals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans.
• No evenings or on-call responsibilities; some weekend hours.
