Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum nine (9) months of RN experience.
• Two (2) to five (5) years of critical care experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Registered Nurse License (Oregon)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support required at hire
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-system assessments and discharge planning.
• Develop an individual nursing plan of care and coordinate patient care activities.
• Initiate and administer medications, document in EMR, and follow physician plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and participate in unit quality assurance activities.
