Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Current IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients, plans and implements an effective Physical Therapy program based on assessment and clinical judgement.
• Provides patient education, consultation, and discharge planning.
• Supervises and delegates patient care to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians.
