Loyola Medicine, a member of Trinity Health, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for part-time, day shift in the Chicago area. You will evaluate patients, plan and implement an effective PT program, provide education and discharge planning, and supervise PT assistants and rehab technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Master's preferred.
• Current IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR/BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients, plans and implements an effective Physical Therapy program based upon physical assessment, clinical judgement, and psychological sensitivity for inpatients and outpatients with diverse diagnoses; provides patient education, consultation, and discharge planning; supervises and delegates patient care to Physical Therapist Assistants, and Rehab Technicians.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy

IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Master's degree preferred

CPR/BLS - American Heart Association
