Aramark Healthcare+ seeks a Full-Time Inpatient- Outpatient Dietitian at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Hillcrest in Waco, TX. The role splits time between the outpatient oncology clinic and inpatient coverage.

Offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus plus $3,000 relocation assistance, this position features a schedule of 3 days outpatient oncology and 2 days inpatient coverage, with rotating weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited program.
• RD/RDN credential required.
• 2+ years of clinical practice experience.
• Licensed Dietitian in Texas or able to obtain licensure within 6 months.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through proper nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on medical history and current health status.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical nutrition protocols and best practices.
• Monitor patients' progress and modify nutrition plans as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in clinical nutrition.

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time Inpatient- Outpatient Dietitian at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center- Hillcrest in Waco, TX. This position will split their time between the outpatient oncology clinic and inpatient coverage.

$3,000 Sign- On Bonus + $3,000 Relocation Assistance Available

Schedule: 3 Days Outpatient Oncology - 2 Days Inpatient Coverage. Rotating Weekend Coverage.

About the Hospital: Hillcrest Hospital is a 260 bed healthcare facility and is part of the Baylor Scott & White Health System. It is a Level II Trauma Center and has a Level III NICU, two intensive care units and an inpatient rehab. Hillcrest offers a range of medical specialties, including cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, and more, and has a strong commitment to providing community outreach and education. At this location, the clinical dietitians are able to cover multiple medical units and explore their clinical interests.
