Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a PRN Clinical Dietitian for Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in McKinney, Texas. The role requires a RD or RD-eligible candidate with clinical nutrition experience and Texas licensure within 6 months.

Flexibility for weekend shifts is noted. Responsibilities include assessing nutritional status, creating individualized plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices in nutrition care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or RD eligible
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred
• Licensed Dietitian status in Texas or able to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
• Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in clinical nutrition

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a PRN Clinical Dietitian at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center- McKinney in McKinney, Texas.

Schedule: Flexible. Minimum 2 weekend shifts per month. Weekday availability a plus!

About this Location: The 192-bed hospital is a Level II trauma center and offers advanced medical services for women's services, neonatal intensive care, orthopedics, heart and vascular, neurosciences, stroke, diagnostic imaging, intensive and emergency care.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
