Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dallas is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at a brand-new facility opening this winter. The OT will deliver direct patient care, develop tailored treatment plans, and support the development of services across PAM Health facilities.

Flexibility to meet system needs is essential. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong willingness to learn, and must be licensed in the state with current BLS

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and implement individualized OT programs.
• Develop and enhance occupational therapy services within PAM Health system.
• Adapt activities to age-appropriate needs and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
