The role emphasizes direct care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and continuous service development across PAM Health facilities.

Ideal candidates have OT licensure in Texas and a willingness to learn within a compassionate, hospital-based setting.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Occupational Therapist will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age appropriate manner for individual patients.
• Involves the further development of services and flexibility to meet needs across PAM Health facilities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
