Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role. You will evaluate patients and develop treatment plans aligned with physician direction in an inpatient rehab setting.

The compensation ranges from $75,732.80 to $101,920.00 per year, based on experience. Our program emphasizes growth, education, and a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction.
• Delegates and directs all therapy services for assigned patients, designing programs for functional return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, students, co-workers and self.
