Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program.
• NBCOT certification must be current/active.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to empower patients to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (e.g., physicians, case management, nurses, etc).
