Job summary

Main Line Health’s Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for Inpatient Orthopedics at Lankenau Medical Center will be a licensed medical provider part of a physician-led team. You will autonomously order diagnostics and therapies, monitor patient care, and serve as a patient advocate while coordinating care across multiple physicians and services.

Qualifications

• 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
• Two (2) years' experience as physician assistant preferred
• Inpatient ortho experience highly desired, OR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Order diagnostic and therapeutic measures as part of a physician-led team; monitor and adjust patient care
• Coordinate care and act as patient advocate within the medical team
• Liaise between patient and Providers; participate in standing orders/protocols per written agreement

Education

Bachelor of Science degree or more in a physical science

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant/Surgical Assistant Program, or Nurse Practitioner Program
