Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy required.
• Board certification in any of the pharmacy specialties preferred.
• ASHP accredited residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient chemotherapy education for patients and caregivers.
• Monitor and manage oncology chemotherapy orders and dosing.
• Perform medication reviews and discharge counseling for high‑risk patients.
