Ernest Health, Inc. in Post Falls, Idaho seeks an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role at Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest. You will evaluate patients, develop therapy plans, and guide improvements in motor function and daily living tasks in an inpatient rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Graduate Degree from an accredited OT program.
• Current State OT license and CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and help improve motor functions and reasoning abilities, and teach daily living and work-related tasks to adapt to permanent limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans and document progress in the chart.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate inpatient rehabilitation care.
