Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas, TX is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for our inpatient Spinal Cord Specialty team. This role requires at least 3 years of SCI experience or exposure and involves evaluating patients, implementing treatment plans, and coordinating therapy services to promote return to community activities.

Salary range is $81,764.80 - $103,105.60 with benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, PTO/EID, a 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SCI experience or exposure.
• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans.
• Educates patients, families, and staff on therapy goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans.
• Delegates and directs therapy services for assigned patients.
• Designs functional programs to facilitate return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, and colleagues.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and program delivery.
