The role is per diem with a 20% appointment and day shifts at Jacobs Medical Center. California OT licensure and completion of an accredited OT program are required; BART or BLS with plan to obtain BART within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited program of Occupational Therapy.
• California OT license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide OT services including evaluation and treatment of routine and complex patients.
• Complete required documentation and communicate patient information across care continuum.
• Participate in training and program development; represent the department to medical and general community.
