Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role focuses on helping patients regain daily living and functional skills through individualized intervention plans.

The candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families on treatment strategies and adaptive equipment, and embrace innovative clinical approaches. Onsite with weekend work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred).
• Current Colorado licensure and BLS certification.
• Onsite role with weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in inpatient rehab.
• Create individualized intervention plans to help patients regain daily living and functional skills.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and adaptive equipment use.
