Job summary

Hemet Global Medical Center in Hemet, CA is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing staff in major inpatient and outpatient units under the California Practice Nurse Act. Qualifications

• Possession of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor or Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Possession of a California RN license; ACLS & BLS Certification; Basic Arrhythmia Certification; NIHSS Certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and supervises nursing staff; manages, reports on, and provides resources for direct patient care in major inpatient and outpatient units.
• Monitor critical practice indicators and identify opportunities for improvement; guide action plans.
• Maintain reports and clinical records; ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
