MultiCare Valley Hospital in Spokane Valley seeks a Director of Inpatient Nursing Services to lead day-to-day clinical operations, drive quality of care, and partner with the Clinical Nurse Executive. Candidates must hold a Master's in Nursing, current WA RN license, BLS, and at least eight years of clinical experience with five years in nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Eight (8) years clinical experience and mastery of professional or technical role/function.
• Five (5) years progressive experience in nursing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day clinical operations.
• Develop and maintain mechanisms to evaluate and improve quality of care.
• Improve patient and customer satisfaction and staff collaboration.
• Support staff development and participation in care policies/procedures.
• Collaborate with health professionals in planning and management of care and quality improvement.
