Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing (NP) or Bachelor's degree/AMA-approved Physician Assistant program with current state licensure and national certification (CNP or NCCPA).
• Current RN license (NPs) or Michigan state licensure (PAs).
• Current BLS and ACLS/ATLS/PALS provider certification as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat inpatient patients in collaboration with attending physicians and the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Perform procedures as per credentialing and experience.
• Coordinate care to achieve optimal patient outcomes safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with physicians, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive inpatient care.
