A to Z Management Consulting in San Antonio, TX is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide inpatient medical care in a hospital setting. You will manage hospitalized patients, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.

This full-time role offers shift coverage, including rotating weekdays and weekends, with typical shifts and holiday coverage as needed. Must hold a Master’s in Nursing and national NP certification.

Formación

• Master's degree in Nursing from ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program.
• Current national NP certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent).
• Current, unrestricted NP license in any U.S. state or territory.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 1 year of NP experience within the last 2 years, including 6 months of inpatient experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inpatient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Respond to urgent patient care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow clinical standards.

Educación
