Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an inpatient Pharmacist for night shifts at Peridot, AZ. Hospital experience is required; ACLS and PALS are preferred, with PALS obtainable on-site. This role supports inpatient and ER activities in a tribal hospital setting.

The Pharmacist will process prescriptions, counsel patients, and ensure policy compliance while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team using ScriptPro, Omnicell, and RPMS systems.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and active license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS preferred; PALS on-site if needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily pharmacy operations in inpatient setting.
• Counsels patients and ensures timely prescription processing.
• Maintains compliance with policies and laws for controlled substances.
• Coordinates with healthcare team and supports clinical programs.
• Manages inventory and purchasing to ensure medication availability.
