Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient consultations, daily rounding and tailored treatment plans.

• Communicate diagnoses and prognosis with patients and families.
• Coordinate discharge planning and appropriate outpatient follow-up.
• Complete timely documentation in the EMR.
• Remote pager call from home after daily onsite duties.
