Job summary

Texas NeuroRehab Center in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the Sage Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. You will evaluate patients, plan individualized rehab programs, and work as part of an interdisciplinary team to maximize mobility and independence.

The role requires TX PT licensure or eligibility, BLS, and at least one year of inpatient or neurological rehab experience. You will participate in discharge planning and family education, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. Current BLS certification.
• One year or more of inpatient rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, or related setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab staff to support patient-centered goals.
• Complete evaluations and progress/discharge documentation in a timely manner.
