Job summary

Oceans Behavioral Hospital Abilene seeks a licensed or eligible clinical social worker/therapist to provide direct clinical services and lead individual, family, and group therapy as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

You will conduct assessments, discharge planning, and collaborate with physicians to ensure patient-centered care across ages. Minimum qualifications include CSW/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LPC-A (TX) or Psychologist with 0–1 year post-graduate experience.

Qualifications

• Educational/experience prerequisites: CSW/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LPC-A (TX Only) or Psychologist; 0–1 year post-graduate experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services per standards of social work practice.
• Conduct individual, family and group therapy as assigned.
• Perform Comprehensive Integrated Assessments and interpret results.
• Develop Multidisciplinary Treatment Plans with the team.
• Manage case management and discharge planning.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and summarize progress.
• Deliver ethical patient care respecting age, disability and cultural needs.
