Inpatient Therapist – Eating Disorder TreatmentLocation: Dedham, MAWalden Behavioral CareSign-On Bonus: $5,000 for Full-Time Hours

What You’ll Do:As an Inpatient Therapist, you’ll provide therapeutic services to patients in our inpatient eating disorder treatment program. Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will support recovery by conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions and collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field

  • Licensure or license-eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) preferred

  • Experience working with eating disorders or in a behavioral health setting a plus

  • Strong clinical and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a team-based care model
