Eating Recovery Center (ERC Pathlight) is hiring a Registered Nurse for our Denver, CO inpatient facility. This full-time, day-shift role supports an interdisciplinary team, delivering coordinated medical and clinical nursing care. You will work 36 hours per week on a rotating schedule, with on-call potential, and must hold a CO RN license and BLS.

The role emphasizes safe, compassionate patient care, adherence to standards, and mentoring newer staff within a supportive ERC Pathlight system.

Formación

• Active Registered Nurse license in CO (required).
• Basic Life Support certification (required).
• Effective verbal and written communication (required).
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations (required).
• Maintain patient confidentiality (required).
• Colorado RCCF guideline requires age/supervision compliance (as stated).

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing assessments, care planning, administration of treatment, and evaluate patient response.
• Conduct initial intake and discharge education.
• Administer medications per policy and orders.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen handling, and point-of-care testing.
• Manage nasogastric tubes, enteral feeding, IV access, and wound care.
• Document patient care and supervise licensed practical/vocational staff.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and implement treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and patient progress documentation.
• Mentor and train new nursing teammates; respond to emergencies as needed.
