Qualifications

• Current NC RN license or Compact State license.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and respond per policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to coordinate care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
