Job summary

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required for direct patient care.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/ Diploma) with licensure.
• State licensure as a registered nurse and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage acute and chronic illness states using whole health concepts.
• Document in an electronic health record and coordinate care across settings.
• Administer medications and monitor patient response.
• Rotate to different assignments and support Hospital Emergency Response Team.
• Promote health, rehabilitation, hospice care and patient education.
