Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state is required, with BLS certification. Some inpatient medical-surgical experience is preferred, and referral bonuses are offered for each referral.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing appropriate nursing care, as directed by an RN on the nursing unit.
