Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contribute to patient assessments and deliver direct patient care.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; coordinate discharge planning.
• Provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policies.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness; collaborate with interdisciplinary team and mentor new staff.
• Ensure patient safety and respond adaptively to patient/family needs.
