Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
• Reinforce patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Mentor and precept new staff and students and contribute to evidence-based practice.
