Eligible candidates receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $40,000 in financial support to pursue RN certification. Market-leading hiring rates and up to $5 shift differentials apply to evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualificações

• LPN licensure or eligibility to practice in PA.
• BLS certification required or eligible.
• Experience in inpatient nursing is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate care and educate patients and families.

Responsabilidades

• Contributes to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Coordinate patient care and staff interaction to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments and medications as per policy.
• Support discharge planning and family education.
