Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Telemetry/ICU to provide high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting during the Day shift (7am-7pm).

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred), Texas RN license, BLS/ACLS, and English fluency; PALS preferred. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support patient safety, with free parking included.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for high-acuity inpatient patients in a fast-paced hospital.
• Demonstrated competency managing cardiac infusions and rhythm interpretation.
• Experience supporting patients requiring advanced respiratory therapies (BiPAP, high-flow oxygen).
• Strong collaboration and communication with interdisciplinary teams and telemedicine platforms.
• Confidence caring for critically ill patients and assisting stabilization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care.
• Follow physician's orders in the delivery of nursing care.
• Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing per policies and procedures.
• Assemble equipment and supplies for diagnostic or treatment procedures; assist others as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
