Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current nursing license, BSN preferred.
• Minimum one year of nursing practice or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn hospice care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients using current standards of practice.
• Develop and implement hospice plan of care in collaboration with IDT.
• Administer medications as ordered and educate patients on hospice care.
