Banner Health is seeking a compassionate Palliative Care clinician for banner Estrella Medical Center. The role focuses on inpatient care, symptom management, and supporting families dealing with life-threatening illness.

The candidate will work in a multidisciplinary team to grow an expanding palliative program across Banner facilities, with opportunities to educate staff and physicians. Hospital privileges across Banner facilities are required.

Formación

• Board-certified/eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine.
• Fellowship training strongly preferred.
• Previous experience recommended but not required.
• Hospital privileges at Banner Estrella, Banner Thunderbird, Banner Del E. Webb, and Banner Boswell.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inpatient palliative care to patients and families.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to manage symptoms and care plans.
• Help grow the palliative program within Banner Health.
• Educate colleagues and patients to improve understanding of palliative care.
